Solutions Architect - Business
Hood Sweeney’s Technology arm, one of the Group’s service offerings, is now looking to appoint a Solutions Architect/Relationship Manager to provide strategic consulting advice and develop pragmatic and practical solutions for both local government and mid-sized corporate environments.
Reporting to the Business Relationship Manager your key responsibilities include:
- Provision of high level technical advice and implementation support across a range of IT service offerings – including VMware, Citrix and Tier 1 blade and storage hardware;
- End to end project management of service solutions for clients from design to deployment;
- Development and presentation of strategic IT and ICT solutions for optimisation of client infrastructure;
- Provision of Level 3 troubleshooting skills across both networking and communication issues;
- Implementing and supporting security and authentication technologies;
- Management, optimisation and administration of Wintel platform.
